Marcus Delray opens the original Pizza Ranch location at 19735 NE Frontage Rd in Shorewood, IL. The signature ranch-style pizza sauce recipe is unveiled, and the first customers line up around the block within weeks of opening.

2008

Best Pizza in Illinois Award

Just three years after opening, Pizza Ranch wins the Illinois Restaurant Association's "Best Independent Pizzeria" award. The recognition brings statewide attention and a surge of new customers eager to try the ranch pizza everyone's talking about.

2011

The Ranch Ranch Supreme Is Born

Our legendary Ranch Supreme pizza — loaded with seven toppings, double ranch sauce, and a stuffed crust — is introduced and instantly becomes the top-selling item. It remains our signature dish and most-ordered pizza to this day.
