Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit any rights you may have under applicable federal or state consumer protection laws.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Informal Resolution

We will make good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days of receiving your notice. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within that time, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution as described below.

Except as provided in Section 10.3 below, you and Pizza Ranch agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, or to the use of our Services (collectively, "Disputes"), shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Each party shall be responsible for its own attorneys' fees and costs, except as otherwise required by applicable law or awarded by the arbitrator. The Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.) governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration provision.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND PIZZA RANCH AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Unless both parties agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

10.4 Exceptions to Arbitration

Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the applicable jurisdictional limits. Either party may also seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.

11. Term and Termination

These Terms of Service shall remain in full force and effect for as long as you use our Services or maintain an account with us.
